Important Information about shirt sizing
2026 Member t-shirts are Vintage black, 4.2 oz., 52% airlume combed and ringspun cotton, 48% polyester. Wristband is eco-friendly Silicone.
Member T-shirts cannot be exchanged or returned, so please carefully consult the size guide before selecting your membership gift. To compare measurements, place a shirt that fits you well on a flat surface and measure it across the chest, from armpit to armpit. Compare that number to our size guide for the best fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the training program be done at the gym or at home?
The MPC program is designed to be done either in a gym or at home. As you get stronger and fitter, however, you may want to invest in some basic training equipment (dumbbells or kettlebells, for example) to continue to progress at home. We also offer variations for each exercise to adapt them to your abilities.
Is this program available globally?
Yes, MPC is available worldwide. However, restrictions may apply in countries with strict internet access regulations.
Do I get a full year no matter when I sign up for the annual option?
Yes, memberships last for a full year from date of purchase and grant you access to the existing program for that duration.
What are the differences between the monthly and annual options?
When you choose the annual plan, you not only enjoy all of the benefits of the monthly plan, but additionally, you will receive our exclusive free membership gift pack. We are excited to share that with every annual plan subscription, a portion of your membership goes to supporting our charity partners. Whether you opt for the monthly or annual plan, both options are designed to enhance your experience with our program.

MPC donates 50% of net membership proceeds directly to our charitable partners. Our approach is focused on partnering with non-profit organizations dedicated to creating and shaping a better future for both our planet and one another.
In addition to the membership proceeds, the collective funds raised by the MPC community stem from various sources including direct donations via our JustGiving pages and funds raised via special campaigns such as the Munro Step Challenge in support of Blood Cancer UK. 100% of the profits from these campaigns go directly to our charity partners.
